Fear has become so embedded in our psyche through television and newspapers that many people view fear as part of normal everyday life. We have become accustomed to sayings such as “feel the fear and do it anyway”. However what if there was no fear to feel so that you would be simply “doing it anyway”!
Breaking life down into its 2 core components, we are left with love and fear. Fear has this uncanny knack of being able to present itself in many forms. Phobias, mental health/anxiety issues, relationship issues, weight gain, addictions are a few examples of how fear can manifest in day to day life. However even the most extreme fears can be transformed into love and hence fear provides us with great opportunities for growth, both mentally and spiritually.
